There are many corporations which may provide Matching donations to your dontation to the Garden City Volunteer Fire Department. The practice of matching donations thus doubles and sometimes triples the amount that the department receives. If an individual or organization promises to match donations, this may provide an extra incentive to give to the charity, as every gift counts twice or three times as much.
